La Dolce Vita : tasting and dinner introducing the wines from Castello di Monte Vibiano, 6 June 2013, Brighton
This promises to be a great evening of delicious food and wine at one of Brighton's buzziest restaurants, Plateau, and a chance to meet and hear from the Fazola-Bologna family, owners of Castello di Monte Vibiano, to talk about the wines we will be trying during the course of the meal. A menu will be prepared especially for this event and please do let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
Venue: Plateau, 1 Bartholomews, Brighton (opposite Town Hall)
Date: 6 June 2013
Time: 7.30pm for 8pm start. Finish around 10.30pm
Price: £49 per person inclusive of wines and a four course menu
Special "early-bird" booking rate is only £45 for the first 10 bookings
