Mumm Cordon Rouge NV
This underrated champagne is a world apart from what it was like 20 years ago. Dominated by a backbone of high quality Pinot Noir, this cuve now includes a high proportion of Grand Crus (up to 40%) in the final blend. The Pinot gives this champagne a generous richness, but there is good acidity and a fine mousse to provide balance and finesse.
