Chateau Cantemerle 2005, 5me Cru Haut Medoc
A bit of a sleeper this wine, so probably worth tucking away for a few more years. There is almost burgundian-like feel about this wine. It is multi-layered with fine fruit, ripe tannins and has tremendous elegance. If you're patient, this could prove to be an exceptional wine.
