Gigondas 2005, Domaine de La Boissiere
This is 7 ha domaine situated immediately below the Dentelles de Montmirail by brothers Thierry and Gilles Faravel since the death of their father in 1990. Run on an organic basis, with severely restricted yelds, the wines show incredible depth and concentration of flavour. This 2005 is a great vintage and drinking extremely well now, although will continue too evolve for another 4 to 5 years.
