This wine offers the characteristic spicy aromas of Gewurztraminer - rose petals, lychee and gingerbread - in an elegant, medium-bodied style. This is a Gewurz made for food! Perfect with spicy dishes or try with a full flavoured cheese. We showed this at our cheese and wine tasting event at Cave a Fromage in May and it must be said it was a spectacular match with a superb Munster cheese from Alsace. Speak to the guys at La Cave in Hove for this cheese if you want to try this for yourself.
