The step up in quality shows with more depth of fruit and plenty of varietal character. This is a fresh and crisp wine with a pleasant combination of ripe tropical fruit flavours and hints of green figs and limes. This went rather well with some poached salmon with a hollandaise sauce and roquette salad.
