This appellation was establised to represent the best wines from the villages of Viré and Clessé and in our opinion, this is a great example of how good the white wines are from the Maconnais - very delicate floral fragrances mixed with citrus and underlined by subtle minerality. Perfect with any shellfish, or simply as an aperitif.
